On one of the parcels in an organised district of single family cuboid houses, the developer wanted to build a building for sale. For obvious reasons, he thought about the number of square meters that was possible to get in this place, what was allowed by the imperfection of the area development plan.
After examination it appeared that a building much larger than the nearest houses may be build there, what would breake the line of the buildings and disturbed the spatial order of the area.
There was an idea to design a semi-detached house divided in two parts. The first one is a cube referring to the surroundings and preserving the line of the building.
The second part is an opposite of the first one on purpose. It took oval shapes as to differ from the surrounding, becoming a characteristic element without disturbing the spatial order. In addition, the oval mass was covered with mirror stainless steel, which reflects the whole environment and makes the building merge with the landscape.

There are four appartments in the building, two on each level. Every each of them has its own terrace or garden, which are not connected to each other, what gives us the feeling of intimacy and comfort.
