Robert o projekcie

Initially, the concept was based on a classic form with a gabled roof, set parallel to the neighboring buildings, which fit perfectly into the local context.
However, one simple gesture – a yaw (in aviation: movement around the vertical axis) – allowed not only to embed the house into the slope, but also to intuitively divide it into zones and open it where it was needed. At the front, there is the technical and entrance area, related to the owner’s passion for off-roading; on the garden side – the living area, open to the view, greenery, and light; and on the upper floor, the private night zone. The house follows the sun, fits into the hillside, and part of its roof flows smoothly into the landscape.

During construction, the need for the rehabilitation of one of the household members arose – that is when the idea of a pool was born. Although difficult to incorporate, it ultimately became the natural center of the house, connecting the living area, the garden, and the recreational zone.
