As a result, 2 zones are created in the garden: open (landscape garden) and intimate garden as a natural extension of the house (the house in the open air). The link between open and intimate garden is done by perforation of the wall – the size and number of holes will depend on the preferences of future investor.
In order to avoid the midday sun on the first floor, the shutters may be closed. Contact with the outside will be kept through the additional terrace, designed on the north side as a natural extension of the private part of the house. The opening to the terrace provides a soft light and pleasant atmosphere inside.

Due to the similar, repetitive plots character the house can be located on every each of them.

Apart from the access direction (from the south or from the north) the house takes benefits from terrain and topography values, providing a view to the south and privacy at the same time.

The house is flexibly designed as to enable its adaptation to preferences of a future investor both in program and size terms.
