Hugon Kowalski, a graduate of the University of Arts in Poznan, is the first Pole who won the best architectural diploma in the world competition. A project for the poorest district of Mumbai was made under Robert Konieczny’ s direction.

The projects  “Let’s talk about garbage” prepared by the graduate concerning the slums in Mumbai has just been awarded  with Archiprix International / Hunter Douglas Awards 2013  for the best architectural diploma in the world from the past two years.
