'On Wednesday, 17th of the October, in Barcelona in the museum of art Santa Monica has been opened Robert Konieczny and KWK Promes exhibition. In October they were qualified as only one office from the Middle East Europe to the group of 44 the best young architect of the world. They were nominated by Scalae, the famous Spanish publish house. The last years and especially this one, were very lucy time for the office from Katowice. In August the magazine Wallpaper place KWK Promes in the list 101 of the worlds most exiting architects.

KWK Promes got the Grand Prix for the best realisation - Aatrial House, Golden Medal for the the best project - Hidden House on Lower Silesia and the Special Award of Russian Institute of Architects for Aatrial House. On March this year the Aatrial House was the award 'House of the Yare 2006' winner present by World Architecture News. It has been chosen from the group of the 6 finalists, from Australia,England, Chile, India and New Zeland.In the competition took part 98 offices from whole world. The owner and the main architect of the KWK Promes is Robert Konieczny.'
